Welcome to our Affiliate Program! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining. By signing up and participating in the program, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Own or manage a legitimate website, blog, social media account, or email list
- Operate in compliance with applicable laws and ethical marketing practices
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote our products truthfully and responsibly
- Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing tactics
- Not use spam, paid-to-click, or adware to drive traffic
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using #affiliate or “I may earn a commission” statements)
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique referral link.
- Commissions are calculated as 20% of the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
- Commission rates may be adjusted at our discretion with notice.
4. Payment Terms
- Payouts are made on a monthly basis, typically by the [15th] of each month for the previous month’s approved commissions.
- Minimum payout threshold is £50.
- Payments are issued via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / Cryptocurrency] based on your selected method.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.
5. Tracking and Attribution
- Referrals are tracked using cookies, with a standard cookie duration of 30 days.
- If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser/device, we may not be able to attribute the sale.
6. Prohibited Content and Activity
You may not:
- Promote or associate our brand with illegal, adult, hate, violent, or discriminatory content
- Misrepresent our products or brand
- Bid on our branded keywords for paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads)
Violations will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- You must remove all affiliate links and branding from your platforms
- Any unpaid, approved commissions will be paid out unless the termination was due to policy violations
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this affiliate agreement. You participate at your own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
